Studio G Architects assisted East Coast Development in submitting an application on behalf of Rockland Housing Foundation and Old Colony Elder Services for HUD 202 funding for forty units of senior housing. The three-story apartment building, designed to support seniors aging in place, with on-site services, will pursue LEED Silver certification. The senior residents will benefit from the many programs to be located in an adjacent municipal Rockland Senior Center which Studio G is also designing.
